Very unresponsive service. It took a day for them to reply. I requested to cancel almost immediately but received no responses. They kept saying they couldn’t find my order despite my order number and screenshots. They seem unwilling to issue a refund. I even provided the correct code to them, but they didn’t attempt to send it. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card. Other options available are cheaper and offer quicker response times.
