I requested a radio code for my Nissan today after changing the car battery. I entered the wrong code three times to get the serial number, device number, and date, then submitted the info on the company’s website. I paid $13 via the payment platform, and 10 minutes later, the code arrived by email. It worked perfectly, saving me time and hassle of going to the dealer. Fantastic service!
Caution advised for this website; it feels like a complete scam! I paid £12 for a code, but it never arrived within the promised 5 minutes. The contact number led to a mobile phone, and after my first call, my number got blocked, with no responses to emails. I will pursue my refund out of principle. Edit: After emailing the next morning, the correct code eventually came through, so thank you for that, but it wasn’t as quick as advertised. I’ll adjust my rating for fairness.
The code was delivered quickly, but it seems to be just a random number. It included two zeros, which I can't enter into my radio, as it only accepts numbers 1 to 6. I reached out for assistance but received no reply. It’s only been a day, but I've already requested a refund through the payment platform, as I suspect I’ve been scammed.
Very unresponsive service. It took a day for them to reply. I requested to cancel almost immediately but received no responses. They kept saying they couldn’t find my order despite my order number and screenshots. They seem unwilling to issue a refund. I even provided the correct code to them, but they didn’t attempt to send it. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card. Other options available are cheaper and offer quicker response times.
