RadioKing offered loads of enticing email support during my free trial period a year ago, but once I had a paid account, support dropped to zero. When I upgraded from a free account to a paid-for account, my radio station name had "already been taken" (by me!) so I was forced to accept a different name. Last month I cancelled my renewal, but I've now had 2 emails over the past 3 days trying to get money off my credit card. Fortunately my card had expired otherwise I'd be fighting to get a re-fund. I'm happy that some out there are finding it a good service, but that has not been my experience. Full disclosure: I've worked in analogue radio in the past and currently freelance for an internet station. But this was my first year into setting up my own Internet based radio station. If you are new to Internet radio, make sure you do your research first.
