Worst radio station host ever have gone down hill in the past two years. There prices are a total rip-off what they offer. They bill you twice for subscriptions already paid for without any notice. No clear process to lodge a support ticket hid behind multiple page links that either don't work or send you to useless info pages but no where to find the actual support ticket except for an obscure contact email and a contact page with a few options on a dropdown menu who to send it too and then after all that they don't even bother to reply personally only send you an automated email telling you the problem has been rectified. I've been with them about 4yrs all good at first but now its a joke. I haven't already paid for a 12 month sub I'd definitely go elsewhere and I'm still seriously thinking about it because of the horrendous experience I've had with them it will be worth to forego the rest of my sub not to have to put up with their dodgy service. Avoid Radioking at all costs and don't believe the dodgy feedback reviews. In summary Radioking suck big time!
I love working with Radio King. I am lost a lot of times when things go wrong. But Maria and Garrance always walk me through and makes things right. This has been the best decision I have made in years. If you are a solopreneur as I am, you need a team that’s professional, truthful, and trustworthy. They are beyond any shadow of a doubt.
When I first started out with RadioKing, I had no more idea than fly in the air what I was actually doing. I had to approach Customer Services more than once and they were so helpful. They were patient with my newbie questions, answered them fully to make sure I understood what was required and always answered promptly. I can honestly say that they are great bunch and I have absolutely no issues in recommending them to family and friends. I am still with them now and hope to be for a few years to come yet. I extend massive thanks to them for all their help over the last few years. Cheers Gang! You are brilliant!!!
Poor tech support, pay for subscription and don give access to the services.Their explanations and the graphic that you sent me don't match what I saw and why I purchased this Radio King plan. It seems like the most underhanded, deceitful, and fraudulent way to sell a service to their customers. Regarding updating the Trustpilot review, of course they don't deserve an update; I think they are very dishonest. Even Google's AI Overview confirms that the live service is included. You are dishonest and fraudulent.
Well the trial is awesome, to let me get familiar with the process, I need more hands on time with it all, so I can start going live sessions, but the change once I paid got me a little, for now seems I am paying and you are advertising others on my channel, I was taken back by that, but I will see how things go the next few months and how good the support will be
I've had the same issue for the past 2 months, where I load a playlist with one song in the planner, and yet it generates two or three at the same time. Having to go in and do everything manually is beginning to be a massive headache. I have reported this issue now three times, and all they say is everything is good on their end.
