Very disappointing experience.After purchasing two hoverboards in-store, I was supposed to receive two discount vouchers, as clearly stated on the paper receipt. However, only one voucher appeared online, while the second one was missing.I contacted customer support several times by phone and also went to the store, but even after multiple calls and several days, the issue was never resolved. No clear answers, no follow-up, and no solution.This shows extremely poor customer service and a lack of responsibility toward customers. I expected much better handling of such a simple issue.
