Will never buy anything from Radio Popular again. Sold me a faulty phone and refused an exchange or refund even though it was returned within a few days of purchase. Has to be sent off to Samsung and will take 30 days to get an answer. Also, very rude staff in the Lagos.

Web site is an absolute mess and mislead. Manager to busy.to talk to me. Poor customer service.

Web site is an absolute mess. Went to the store and the salesperson mislead us. Was going to spend 3 items totaling about $1000.Manage to busy to talk to me. Went into Dardy and spent my $1000. Not going to Radio Popular again.

The error messages …

The error messages are too frequently wrong or incomplete. For instance when an item has been in the basket for 24 hours and the order cant be processed until stock is checked. There is no option to do so.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.After purchasing two hoverboards in-store, I was supposed to receive two discount vouchers, as clearly stated on the paper receipt. However, only one voucher appeared online, while the second one was missing.I contacted customer support several times by phone and also went to the store, but even after multiple calls and several days, the issue was never resolved. No clear answers, no follow-up, and no solution.This shows extremely poor customer service and a lack of responsibility toward customers. I expected much better handling of such a simple issue.

Not delivering on agreements

I bought an AEG oven and asked for the full service (paid for the delivery and installation). I insisted that the old oven is removed and new one installed by RP technician. All was paid for and I was assured by the shop manager that all will be done as agreed.On the day of the delivery two man arrived with the oven, half opened it, left it on the kitchen floor (inclusive of the rubbish) and explained that they are not technicians, can’t install the oven, or remove the old oven. Then they left.This is all happening on 30th of December, only a day before the New Year party. Oven in the middle of the kitchen with all rubbish around it, plus old oven still there.

Disposal of fridge/freezer

We ordered a fridge/freezer on 28/12/2025 it was delivered on 30th Dec. We were assured the old one would be taken away . First excuse was ‘no space on the van’ really when the new one was taken off same van? We then requested to take the old one onto our driveway . They didn’t have time despite arguing about doing this. Went into store and received a phone call stating they would collect on 7th Jan . Received text msg they were 30mins away still waiting 3hrs later. Apparently they didn’t have our postcode …. Talk about delaying tactics , they had our postcode when delivering! We won’t be buyin from this Company again and the only reason we did buy was we were desperate for a new fridge to be delivered quickly and they had it in their warehouse. Feel like we’ve been taken for fools. Complaints book is the next step.

The most irritating and frustrating website

I first tried to purchase an item on my iPhone. Could not even get logged in on Safari !! Then tried my laptop. Got in ok but NIF and contact number - although entered on a previous purchase - were not saved ! When entering NIF again, it came up "red" and told me that it belonged to MY EMAIL address and would not let me use it ! Tried under personal data to add it. Said the same thng again - which is ridiculous because the field was empty !! So as I wanted the item and could not find it on another website, I reluctantly entered the NIF of another family member. Success.....finally..... So the whole end to end process took well over an hour to buy a single item that should have taken no longer than 5 minutes. So whenever possible, I do NOT buy online from Radio Popular !!! Altogether a very unpleasant experience.....
