I first tried to purchase an item on my iPhone. Could not even get logged in on Safari !! Then tried my laptop. Got in ok but NIF and contact number - although entered on a previous purchase - were not saved ! When entering NIF again, it came up "red" and told me that it belonged to MY EMAIL address and would not let me use it ! Tried under personal data to add it. Said the same thng again - which is ridiculous because the field was empty !! So as I wanted the item and could not find it on another website, I reluctantly entered the NIF of another family member. Success.....finally..... So the whole end to end process took well over an hour to buy a single item that should have taken no longer than 5 minutes. So whenever possible, I do NOT buy online from Radio Popular !!! Altogether a very unpleasant experience.....
