The freezer of our fridge stopped working on Friday morning. Late in the afternoon, we went to Radio Popular to search for a new one. They advertised that if you order and pay it by 8pm, they'll deliver it that same day. Once we paid for the fridge, they informed that it could only be delivered on Wednesday and that they would take our old one. However, Radio Popular did not inform us that we had to have our old one turned off for it to be taken away, so the delivery guys told us that we should contact Radio Popular so that they could come and get it a few days later. We contacted Radio Popular and they refuse to take it back. In short, poor communication and false advertising. From our experience, if you're looking for a fridge or a large appliance, you're better off buying it in Auchan or Worten.
