What an absolute joke your service is ,absolutely disgusted about your driver who cancelled the boking intentionately.We are using you all times and i do believe your drivers know where to come but today your driver pretended not to know and instead of parking to the adress he parked down the road and pretended like he doesnt know anything .In our industry same as yours time is important and you just waisted my time and my customers time .Is this how you treat your customers ????????Your drivers should have more training ,all because is traffic and on friday bank holliday perhaps is too much to go 30 mins away.
