Booked a taxi for 14h45 to take my wife to the bus station in Southampton. She had to catch a 15h30 bus to Heathrow airport to fly to South Africa. The taxi never arrived and after 15 minutes of her standing in the rain, a friend was fortunately able to help out and she only just managed to get the bus in time. I had just got home from 2 months in hospital so I was unable to drive. Never again will I use this badly run company. If there’s a cruise ship in or the boat show is in town, then they are simply not available at all. Unprofessional and unreliable.
