I cancelled my special offer subscription through the Radio Times website well before it was due to end. Big mistake. When I kept getting copies of the magazine I knew something had gone amiss and sure enough, £49.40 taken out of my bank a few days ago. Can't log in because apparently my password is wrong, no automatically generated email to reset it. Come on Radio Times, get your act together.
