I can't believe that such a dreadful experience is still possible, but you have managed it Radisson!I tried to book online, and it kept saying "information not stored on the system". I rang the booking line and apart from the awful background noise, he was quoting me €100 more than the website. I explained the price on the website was lower and he said he'd put me through to the hotel directly. The lady at the hotel asked me to call back in 30 minutes, I explained I didn't have the number, and that I'd been on the call for over 20 minutes, and she said she couldn't help and hung up.Finally I rang customer services and a lady did help me (although not really her job... why the booking line or hotel reception couldn't I have no idea!) She was polite, keen to help, I could hear her and she processed the booking with no problems.I'm sure you'll understand why I gave it the lowest possible rating. Barring the customer services lady, they were a total shambles. Hopefully my stay will be better.
