Radisson Rewards is a joke. They took 129000 reward points out of my VIP account for a reservation l was trying to modify/correct & won't return them. You can't even contact Radisdon Rewards Customer Service. If you do actually get to speak to a person in reservations it's just a continuous irritating loop of utter crap. Nobody listens and or they just talk over you.Radisson Rewards is a time waster that just makes you angry. Utter rubbish. Customer Service is zero.
