We ordered the New York Sofa with Chaise from the Westfield White City store - they were so friendly, informative and didn't hesitate to answer all of our many questions. Communication throughout was also excellent: they kept me informed all the way from the day I ordered to the day the sofa was delivered. Delivery service was also excellent and prompt, and the sofa was perfectly! I shall be shopping at Raft for all my future furniture needs!
