Definitely the worst brand I've ever deal with. Improve your logistics, operations, and customer service if you still want to sell the clothes at such a high price! I bought a size 4 pair of pants with price of $358 for Christmas and that was when the night mare happened. First it took them two weeks to ship my pants, so I totally missed the Christmas gift and only to found out that they send me a SIZE 2! I had to return it because it doesn't fit. The return label they provided was extremely slow, and it took another two weeks for the pant to arrive their warehouse. Now the customer service told me that there will be another 7 BUSINESS DAY for them to process the refund. Seriously ?! It has been one and a half months since I placed the order and I still haven't received my money back. I will definitely NOT coming back again!!!
