BEWARE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT isn't much better! Received the pants with "denim" print. Cheap fabric, poorly made, terrible fit. And, they were expensive for a pull-on, elastic-waisted, terry cloth pant. Returned and RAG acknowledged receipt in DEC. Policy says 7 business days until refund, and here we are 2 MONTHS LATER, and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY! Multiple emails unanswered, and the 30-minute customer service call was a JOKE! They told me they were in the middle of "inventory" and had "thousands" of returns to process. They must have two people working this job. Needless to say, I'll NEVER do business with RAG again, and only wish I'd read their reviews BEFORE I sent them my money and wasted so much time! Won't be around much longer, treating their customers so badly, and holding on to their money. I smell trouble.

Gift jeans exchange failure

I received jeans as a gift that didn't fit. I liked them and wanted to exchange them for a different size, but they refused to do so since they were on sale (only 30 percent off), which is not a significant discount. I'm not impressed with the company.

Better than I anticipated

I was concerned after reading some reviews, but my experience turned out to be quite positive. I ordered items during the Black Friday sale and received them shortly after. Unfortunately, nothing fit, so I returned them using the provided label. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my refund the day after the items were returned. Overall, a good experience, but I deducted one star due to the delivery service being unreliable, which caused delays.

Disappointing return experience

I bought sneakers and returned them the next day because I didn't like the fabric. However, they haven't issued a refund, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I still haven't received my money back. Very disappointing service for loyal customers!

Poor follow-through on guarantees

The follow-through on their Quality Guarantee is lacking. I sent several communications through their website and even spoke to a representative, who promised to escalate my issue, but I still haven’t received a response.

Inefficient delivery service. Avoid.

I went to the pick-up point and they required a code that I never received. Therefore, I couldn't collect my parcel. The delivery service only holds packages for 48 hours, so now I have no hope of getting my product.

Unacceptable customer service and return process

The customer service and return process are completely unsatisfactory. I returned items for an exchange and a refund, but it has taken months without resolution. Each time I follow up, I receive different excuses about delays or processing issues. This is a recurring problem, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I've even requested a manager's help to no avail. If you're considering a return or exchange, I recommend avoiding them.

Positive experience overall

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about ordering. However, I was eager to get the shirt worn by a famous actor in films. My experience was very positive; delivery was quick, and the item exceeded my expectations!

Deceptive business practices

This company, from which I've purchased many items, has engaged in practices that most companies would avoid. I tried to cancel one of three items just five minutes after ordering, but customer service was unhelpful. They suggested I sell the item myself, which was not a solution. Additionally, sale items are non-returnable, and refunds take three weeks after items are received. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a company selling expensive clothing.
