BEWARE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT isn't much better! Received the pants with "denim" print. Cheap fabric, poorly made, terrible fit. And, they were expensive for a pull-on, elastic-waisted, terry cloth pant. Returned and RAG acknowledged receipt in DEC. Policy says 7 business days until refund, and here we are 2 MONTHS LATER, and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY! Multiple emails unanswered, and the 30-minute customer service call was a JOKE! They told me they were in the middle of "inventory" and had "thousands" of returns to process. They must have two people working this job. Needless to say, I'll NEVER do business with RAG again, and only wish I'd read their reviews BEFORE I sent them my money and wasted so much time! Won't be around much longer, treating their customers so badly, and holding on to their money. I smell trouble.
I received jeans as a gift that didn't fit. I liked them and wanted to exchange them for a different size, but they refused to do so since they were on sale (only 30 percent off), which is not a significant discount. I'm not impressed with the company.

This company, from which I've purchased many items, has engaged in practices that most companies would avoid. I tried to cancel one of three items just five minutes after ordering, but customer service was unhelpful. They suggested I sell the item myself, which was not a solution. Additionally, sale items are non-returnable, and refunds take three weeks after items are received. This is incredibly frustrating, especially for a company selling expensive clothing.
