Communication was often unhelpful and unprofessional. Approximately $30,000 has been held for a long time, and we have been unable to get clear updates or satisfactory explanations regarding their status. This has had a significant financial impact on our business and has led to a complete loss of confidence in the service. I strongly recommend others conduct thorough due diligence and proceed with caution. I am uncertain if I will ever see my money and may pursue legal action.
