Regrettably, I have to give this a single star. I've spent over a year attempting to claim my winnings. Initially, I didn't have a bank that could handle international transfers, so I opened an account that I was informed would meet the requirements. I managed to get a 30-day statement showing at least $25. However, after multiple communications, the casino now claims my account is ineligible due to how I've used it. It's baffling that they would concern themselves with my purchases. They instructed me to use it solely for gas bills and daily expenses, which is precisely what I did. Now, I'm told I'm owed around $1450, yet they only offer a one-time exception for a bitcoin withdrawal of $500. Their own website states that bitcoin withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours, but I'm told it could take 7-10 days for approval and another 7-10 days for the payout. They don't even adhere to their own policies! I'm being informed that I won't receive the bitcoin withdrawal because I'm owed $1469. The representatives have misled me. After over a year of back-and-forth, I'm not giving up! I've also filed a complaint with the appropriate licensing board. I discovered that the casino is supposedly owned by a company that is no longer operational. Who is accountable for paying out my winnings? I hope they eventually do the right thing and compensate their clients! If necessary, I will pursue legal action. I sincerely hope we all receive our money and that this casino is held accountable for its obligations!
