Been playing for a long time at raging Bull but could never get a withdrawal. Just recently wanted to withdraw 4 grand and they kept wanting documents sent. Ji have in the past sent required documents over and over. This time they wanted to wire transfer to my bank account and wanted all my banking info plus debit card info plus verification of where I lived by giving in a bill in my name to my address, plus my id ands number. Just way too much info and didn’t give it.
So no withdrawal. The games I won all that money on gladly took it all back and I knew something wasn’t right when the reels would glitch just enough so it wouldn’t land on a pay.
This was just the latest of many win jackpots and never got a withdraw. I’m so done with that site.

Only reason I rated it four stars is because they dont offer Instant cashouts. If raging bull did instant cashouts I would definitely play this one all the time everytime but not a bad experience overall.

Now, I'm told I'm owed around $1450, yet they only offer a one-time exception for a bitcoin withdrawal of $500. Their own website states that bitcoin withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours, but I'm told it could take 7-10 days for approval and another 7-10 days for the payout. They don't even adhere to their own policies! I'm being informed that I won't receive the bitcoin withdrawal because I'm owed $1469. The representatives have misled me. After over a year of back-and-forth, I'm not giving up! I've also filed a complaint with the appropriate licensing board. I discovered that the casino is supposedly owned by a company that is no longer operational. Who is accountable for paying out my winnings? I hope they eventually do the right thing and compensate their clients! If necessary, I will pursue legal action. I sincerely hope we all receive our money and that this casino is held accountable for its obligations!
I won over $800, but when I attempted to withdraw, I received numerous messages requesting an excessive amount of documents. They handle deposits without issue but refuse to pay out winnings. I ended up playing through the entire amount and received nothing. It's a total scam! Save your money!
The biggest scam I've encountered. I won over $70,000 and couldn't cash out even a dollar. Excuse after excuse. Not verified, wrong game played, and more excuses. Limited withdrawals and if they even pay, it would take years to get my money. STAY AWAY.
