I had to go to RB due to ING closing its bussines and transfering clients to RB throug some kind of deal.I did not choose RB, but I was curious to try their services.Initially, when I went to their office, they helped me setup evertyhing so i did not care, but it took a while.Later I lost my phone and OH BOY WAS THAT AN EXPERIENCE.I wanted to buy a new phone, but guess what... I forgot pin to my card and I also had too low limits to pay for the phone. So I went to the office and told them I need to buy new phone, but I need to make some changes to my account, namely the limits and pin. They told me that I have to have a phone to do that... wow. I am physically here in the office, with my ID and everything and they cannot access my account for me? Why t f couldn't you?Later I got new SIM and had to persuade a stranger to lend me his phone for a while, which was extremely uncomfortable.When I finally got a new phone using the card, I had to setup everything again and i thought my head explodes again. The process required like 5 differend codes, numbers, certificates, some of which were sent over email in an encrypted PDF that required another password to access it and I had to check matching numbers on my device and online banking two times before it finally paired my phone.Not even talking about the fact that if you don't do it all in time, it logs you out even though you are still actively in the session.I am leaving the company as soon as I have time for it... go to AirBank, they are much more friendly and have more intuitive UI for mobile app... just dont be at RB if you don't need that few percent of interest that they get by bullying other banks on the market.
