Terrible in every way:- Mortgage interest rates extremely high- You get sometimes some discriminative behavior, especially if you are NOT Czech by birth- RB Identita is a service which is not working, every time I needed to use it to spare the logistic effort, they asked me to go to the subsidiary again

Thieves!

Thieves!! I was using my saving account card to withdraw some cash from cash machine in Ostrava shopping center. Due to no option of English menu and try to navigate blind cash machine was unable to dispose chosen amount due to no required notes in the machine and just to be clear: NO CASH WAS WITHDRAWN. Then guess what happen!! after 2 days they took 50 Euros from my account!!!!!!! this is pure robbery and im not going to leave it like this! Now i have to cancel my card due to this as god knows what they might steal again! this is ridiculous! How you can take money from someone's account just like that. AVOID of using those cash machines like fire specially if you from abroad.

Never never never

A friend of mine recently discovered a large loan was taken in her name without her consent. Despite reporting it to the police as identity theft, Raiffeisen is still pressuring her to sign an acknowledgment of debt agreemen and the fees and penalties are increasing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the bank and I hope more people find out about it.
