Absolutely terrible experience. Right when I went to book the round trip train, the website switched the station. When working with customer service, they gave me no opportunity to change my ticket and instead had me buy new tickets. When I asked to see the cost of the new tickets and where they were getting the price from, I was told "We're unable to disclose our internal pricing policy." Stay away from this website. Tickets are more expensive and customer service is horrendous.
