We originally booked our high speed rail ticket with Trip.com. I got an email today that said the ticket had been cancelled. No explantion given. Hopefully, we get our prepaid refund back. I immediately rebooked the same 1st class ticket, same date, same time, same 3 people on Rail Ninja and within minutes got a confirmation back. So now not so much a fan of Trip.com. At least we were due some explanation for a $400 prepaid ticket request.
