Rail Ninja charged me for train tickets that they were never able to provide. I waited for months for them to issue my ticket. Finally, I canceled. They would not issue me full refund. I then went on the train's site and purchased and received the tickets within minutes. They did not even have the correct departure time. This company is a total rip off! Avoid at all cost!!!
