This company is a fraud. I purchased an item that was delivered while I was away on a business trip. When I attempted to return it, I had just missed the 30-day return window and was informed that I could only receive a store credit of £268. There is no way to recover that amount without buying another item and keeping it. If I return that item, my store credit will come back. Additionally, I was told that I can only use it for a specific brand, not their other sites that offer better selection or ship to different locations. Now that I live in France, I have no connections to the UK. I cannot order or have the items shipped here or have a friend or family member purchase them in the U.S.
