Beware of this service.

This service is deceptive. I purchased an item that was delivered while I was on a business trip. When I attempted to return it, I narrowly missed the 30-day return period and was informed that I could only receive a store credit of £268. There is no way to retrieve that amount; I must buy another item and hold onto it. If I decide to return that, only then does my store credit become available again. Additionally, I was informed that the credit is only valid for one specific brand, not their other platforms, which offer a wider selection and ship to other locations. Currently, I reside in France and have no connections to the UK. I cannot order or receive clothing from that brand here, nor can a friend or family member in the U.S. make a purchase on my behalf.

Very disappointing experience

I am having a very disappointing experience with this order. The delivery has been significantly slower than anticipated (I am still waiting for final items, and the order was placed over a month ago), and some items arrived in multiple shipments without any prior notice. I have reached out to customer support multiple times to return unwanted items and cancel the remaining order, but I have received no response. I still need guidance on returning the delivered items. At this point, I’m quite uncomfortable with the delay in assistance while they hold a considerable amount of my money without fulfilling the order. I hope the company resolves this soon.

Lack of communication

I placed an order for my wife’s Christmas wish list and received an email stating it was on its way, but it never arrived. It was only after I inquired about the item's status that I learned it was out of stock, three weeks later. What a disappointing experience.

Quick and efficient service

I live in a small town and, at 89 years old, wanted to sell my large layout. I aimed for a complete sale and turned to a specific service. They provided a price and arranged for collection in my location. Friends doubted it would work, but it went smoothly; the layout was collected, and two days later, the payment was in my bank. Excellent service!

Disappointing quality for the price

The quality is surprisingly low given the prices, which is quite shocking. I’ve purchased several tops, and while the styles are appealing, the materials and construction feel more like fast fashion and do not withstand many wears or washes. However, their customer service is commendable; they promptly sent me a gift card when one item arrived damaged.

Unacceptable experience

I had a shocking experience. Three weeks after placing my £450 order, I received no communication regarding the dispatch of items. After following up a few times, I was simply told to wait 14 working days, which have now passed. This level of service from a premium brand is unacceptable. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand; it’s not worth purchasing from them, so please avoid!

I appreciate their clothing, but I was disappointed by the refund policy, which only allows returns within 14 days. This is not acceptable for such an expensive brand, and I won’t be shopping here again.

Order issues

I ordered a pair of pants on July 1. After about a week, it indicated that my order had shipped. However, when I checked the tracking number, it kept saying it was out for delivery but never arrived! Then it switched to the next day. I sent an email asking for assistance, but there was no reply. At this point, I would like a credit. Reading all these reviews is quite discouraging.
