We moved and had no rain coverage. I cancelled the contract, returned the unit and did everything to the t. Only to discover that the branch did not cancel my subscription. I contacted them re this but all they were concerned about was their money. I am so disappointed in them. Their after-sales service is pathetic to say the least and their staff needs urgent training with cancellation procedures, time frames etc
