After wasting my time with them for what felt like forever, with the bad internet speed, terrible customer service and the network having no service from time to time, I finally decided to cancel my subscription with them.I thought it would be easy, login to my account, go to my profile or account settings and simply click a button to cancel, but boy do they unnecessarily make it hard. YOU have to send THEM a REQUEST to cancel your subscription. So I did that, and since I was using a virtual card for them, I cancelled it from my banking app.Every month, I've been getting SMSs, Emails and WhatsApp messages that I missed a payment and I replied that I shouldn't be getting charged because I cancelled my subscription.Today I decided to DM them on Twitter, and guess what, they claim they never got a request and that I have an outstanding balance of almost R3,000 that I need to settle. What happened to the request, why do they make it so hard to cancel? You expect me to pay for internet that I haven't been using? Not a chance.
