I called Rain in September requesting for a new router cause the one I had was not working. The consultant that was assistanting adviced to upgrade to the RainOne deal. I did not have an issue as long as I was going to get a working router. One the day off delivery I brought the old router to work because I was expecting them to collect it when dropping the new one. That is how rain work. Guess what is was not collected until November. When I checked my bill I was charged for a router that was not working in Oct and Nov. I call them requesting for a refund and I never got it. It was advised that they will credit that money to the next month. Now all of a sudden I owe rain money.
