I have had Rain for years but from August 30 I have had an unstable connection literally every single day. I have done all the troubleshooting in the world from restarting the device to a hard reboot to speed tests and Rain has done a million restarts from their side too and no resolve. It’s now Nov 21 and I’m still struggling yet the debit orders keep going off. Not sure what I’m paying for anymore. All I keep getting is there are minor alarms etc which I have heard a million times. I’m exhausted! I’m frustrated! I’m shopping around for a new ISP because this is nonsense now.
