For 7 days ive been trying to get assistance with regards to slow internet, I have the highest package (100mbps +) but my speed differs from 0.4mbps - 3mbps which is not what im paying for. Each time im informed a technician will call me and yet they all tell me the same story "move your router to a better place, please reset your router" This is absolutely pathetic 7 DAYS NO IMPROVEMENT.
