Rain wants me to pay R2336.00 because they failed to deduct my debit order on the 25th. That is THEIR fault, not mine. On a month-to-month contract, the line should’ve been cut immediately, but they didn’t – and now they’re billing me for months I don’t owe.I will not pay. Either reconnect my line and cancel the false balance, or fetch the router. If not, I’ll take this to ICASA and the Consumer Ombudsman.Elzie Groenewald
