I've had Rain for a while and the network is not great, Signal is bad and inconsistent.I had enough and decided to change to Fibre and canceled my rain Subscription.Cancellation was done in August and my account was debited for my "last" payment.On September 2nd my router was collected to my surprise at the end of the month my account was debited again, when I contacted rain they initially disputed it but I showed them that I had canceled before September but they still debited me for the month that I had not used, They admitted to have debited me incorrectly and agreed to refund me. Its now the 9th of October and I receive a mail stating that they don't owe me a refund and that they debited me in September for August usage.This is really Unprofessional and disappointing!
