This has been the MOST SHOCKING SERVICE or should I say NON SERVICE company I have dealt with.There is absolutely no customer support,their phone line NEVER gets through to someone for help, you can log a 100 tickets, you will not get service.The connection is utterly shait, no internet for most of the time even though the router states 5G, actually should state 0G,NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY.CANCELATION IS AN UTTER DISASTERUPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM RAIN ABOUT THE INCORRECT BILLING NAME ON THE MY INVOICE.JUST KEEPS ON ESCALATING AND ECALATING.
