Highly disappointing service. I've been using this aerviyprovider for over a year with no complaints but recently I've placed an order for a new device and it's been over 2 weeks of waiting with no response. When I call rain they say it was released to the couriers, when I call the courier they say they have no parcel under my name. I call daily and they escalate daily but nothing has changed.
