Update: I've reached out via social media - I've explained multiple times that I no longer live in South Africa and no longer have a South African number. I've given my email address multiple times - the same email address that rain emails me claiming I'm overdue - simply contact me via email or give me an email address that someone actually reads to sort this out!I've been trying since 9 July to cancel my service (support #0621775309), and explained to your useless chat bot that I no longer live in South Africa and dont have a South African number - Yet nobody has been in touch via my email (as I've asked) and Rain continues to attempt to debit my account - I've had to resort to changing my billing account to an empty account just so that you cant take any more money! You are quick to send me emails (via noreply email address) claiming that I'm overdue, so you're quick to take money, but unable to help.
