Firstly the network is a nightmare especially from 6pm till around 10pm despite paying my billing on time.Secondly I lost one of simcard and requested for sim swap and they notified me that it will be delivered within 7 working days but non of that happened Thirdly I requested for cancellation of September billing on 12/8/25 and they said they will fix it as soon as possible but to my surprise after requesting for that my account is still active and debit was done for this month despite requesting for cancellation on time so im totally frustrated with their service they don't value clients at all
