Rain wants me to pay R2300 for billing me from May 2024 for services they dont even provide. They say the contract is a month to month and payment dependent. The minute you are unable to pay the service is canceled but alas, the contract is not canceled. They continue billing you for services they dont even provide. They refuse for you to cancel the account until you pay arrears for services they dont even provide you with. Maybe they dont know the meaning of a month to month contract. Multichoice should teach them a few things. I will not pay this and cancel and write off that fake bill that keeps accumulating whilst there is no service you are providing on my side. The ombudsman must know about this.
