Hello Rain Support,I am writing to report an unpleasant interaction with one of your customer service agents. On 19/11/2025, at approximately 09:40, I contacted your support team regarding my payment date. The agent named Jack was extremely rude and unprofessional and i doubt that he even gave his correct details cause he was hesitant . Specifically i pay my account on the 25th but i changed it to the 1st. I got an sms that i have an amount due. now i am told that i have to pay 50rand to reinstate the network. why do i have to pay R50 when i only changed the date and now i need to change it backThis behavior is not acceptable, and I request that this matter be investigated. Please confirm receipt of my complaint and advise what steps will be taken to address this issue.Thank you,Antholeen
