I upgraded my rain subscription to the new router that is more expensive. I thought that the old one will cancel but it did not. I switched the old router off as soon i got the new one. Unfortunately the steps of cancelling was not communicated to me. I then had to pay double for 2 months and i did contact them after the first double payment. The problem is you see them only when they are done. They also just cancelled the 2 sims linked to the old contract i had and my 4g camera also stopped working. In my opinion they are not ethical when it comes to billing and hiding stuff to catch you out.
