When you sign up for a new account with them they are super speedy and super happy to help. A year in and we upgrade to the 60mbps line. What a mistake!! The connection is so bad at peak to the point where we can't even watch a youtube video or send emails. This is ridiculous. Calling them is useless. I can never hear the support on the other end of the line and when I can actually hear them, they recommend resetting and moving the router around the house as if I am playing musical wifi. All this for basic internet connection. I will be cancelling my account with them once I find a new internet provider. My speed suddenly picked up to 60mbps after the support call this evening even though I haven't touched the router. Isn't that interesting?
