We don't have any signal with the rain routers where we live. Both me and my father have been trying to cancel for more than over a month. We have sent multiple emails with no reply. We tried the call centre . We have tried canceling on the rain go but it won't submit as it won't give a pick up point or except any address given to collect the router. I have sent multiple messages to the WhatsApp number. I keep getting a new ticket for the problem but nothing happens. For all the messages I sent I was called twice. I missed the calls as n was on another call. When you call back you get a robotic system that's unable to help. It's extremely easy to get rain but it's the next mission impossible to cancel it. I have never been this frustrated and had this bad customer service. Even home affairs is starting to seem better than rain. If I could give it a 0 I would.
