we got a router the 23rd for a month rental while our vuma box is been repaird. We could not connect at all at home, and if we did our cell phones was the only thing. Now i canceled it on line, I still dont have a cancelation email confirmation. They billed me for 2 weeks R911 after i was told you will get billed on the 1st of June. When I schedule a call back nothing happens, they never answer. now I have a bill for R911 for 8 days of use. Communication from their side when you have a problem is not nice at all.
