rain.co.za is an absolute disgrace of a service provider. For the past 12 hours, my connection has been crawling at around 10 percent of the speed I'm paying for. Prior to this, I would have the same issue daily from around 8pm to 10pm. I've logged multiple tickets over several days for the same issue, and not once have I received a response. Their support might as well not exist. They're more than happy to take your money but completely disappear when there's a problem. If you're thinking of signing up with them, don't. You're better off setting your money on fire. At least then you'll know where it went.Edit: no. I will not be DMing you people as I do not use social media.
