My experience with Rain was pleasant up until I cancelled my contract with them. I cancelled my contract with them at the end of April 2025 and handed the router in to the Queenswood Rain branch on the 31st of April. Despite this, I am constantly HARASSED by the courier company who call on average 6 times A DAY to arrange for the router to be collected. This is totally unacceptable as I have told them time-and-time again that I have handed the router in. Coupled with this, I receive calls from Rain to tell me that my account is in arrears but not a SINGLE EMPLOYEE can tell me why despite my matter being escalated to superiors. I have tried relentlessly to resolve the matter by trying to contact Rain, but my emails bounce back, the telephone number provided on the internet 'does not exist' and I am unable to call any of the numbers back who try and call me. It has been an IMPOSSIBLE task to contact Rain and to get a clear answer from employees who clearly have no knowledge on the service. Despite Vuyo - an employee at Rain - telling me that my matter is being investigated as to why the initial employee who dealt with me could not tell me why my account was in arrears, I am yet to hear back from her days later. If you asked me 2 months ago if I would recommend Rain, I would have said 'yes.' However, this situation has severely warped my perception of the service provider and under no circumstance would I recommend it to anybody. Super, SUPER dissatisfied!!
