Wish I could rate them 0 starts. Terrible, almost non existance customer service. Made a big mess of my promo month, charged me more than the normal premium and won't assist me. Tried email, calls, social media messages, nothing. Money effectively stolen. Update: I get told now to dm on the social platforms when I have multiple messages already to rain with no response??
