RAIN has proven to be one of the worst service providers I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is non-existent — all they do is log support tickets that never get resolved. You can send message after message, and all you'll get in return is automated responses and empty promises.Due to RAIN’s blatant negligence and sheer incompetence, I lost a cellphone number — something that could have easily been avoided if they had any clue how to properly support their customers. It’s shocking how a company can operate this way in 2025.If you value your time, money, and sanity, do NOT use RAIN for anything other than their WiFi, and even that is hit or miss. I would never recommend them to anyone. You’ve been warned.
