There's absolutely no customer service. I had no idea I would struggle this hard to get something so small rectified. I purchased 2gigs of data that didn't reflect immediately, I thought it would be there the next day.. over a week later, countless calls ands emails and still nothing. The only way u get to talk to anyone is when you request a sales call, they call within 3mins, promise to sort it out everyday but never do. Worst experience with an internet provider ever.. by the way, I'm still waiting
