When they came on the market, they USED TO BE THE CHOSEN internet provider with platinum promises and plans.I started on their R799 plan. A few months down the line, voila!They change the plan without prior notification to a R560 per month plan. They owe my daughter R799 since I joined them (2022) and until now, they have not even attempt to contact her to arrange a refund.Rain is quick using inflation rate for price hikes.They want to change prices and conditions as they wish but their services deteriorate worse than the roads and service delivery in South Africa.I wish their survive can increase as quick as they want to attend to price hikes.No wonder they are losing clients like a broom losing hair.
