Been trying to cancel my subscription since last week of Feb, advised to use their raingo app to do so, biggest mistake, now I have not record. Been trying to reach a human to talk to since last week, that is not happening all AI or recordings and emails saying they will contact me, inbox full of those, but that is the last you hear from them. Clearly they keep you hanging so that they can get an extra month or two subscription out of you.I used to love them now I would not recommend them to anyone.Totally fed upSorry tried your the DM on your facebook and also no response so will respond here.My ref number I got this week - #31788738the description is as per my message above, need to cancel my subscription, tried doing it in a civilized way on your raingo, as suggested when I phoned, unfortunately not sure of the exact date was 26 or 27 Feb, thought it would reflect on my app but it does not, been waiting since for someone to contact me regarding the collection of the Modem thought it would have been this week, when that di not happen I tried contacting again only to then notice that the cancelation never went through and been struggle ever since to get it done on any platform or contact.
